Chief Technology Officer
Joe Hancock comes to ARCA from having over 20 years at the Xerox Corporation where he most recently held the position of Innovation Portfolio Director. In this role, he selected and incubated $20M+ projects for delivery to Xerox businesses, primarily for the purpose of transitioning traditional income streams to new and adjacent markets.
Prior to this position, Joe held multiple positions of increasing responsibility and scope including Director, Office Solutions Development & Engineering, Systems Image Quality Manager, and an Electromechanical Drives Engineer as well as spending 5 years as a Design Engineer for Interspec.
Hancock received his Masters of Science In Product Development from Rochester Institute of Technology and his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. He will oversee all technology development for ARCA.
Hancock is fluent in both English and Italian, having spent several years in Bologna after college. He and his wife live in Italy in the Bollengo area.
