President and Chief Financial Officer
Hank Winfield brings over 27 years of financial expertise to ARCA. He oversees all financial, sales, manufacturing, supply chain and IT aspects of the company globally from Mebane. Hank began his career with 8 years as a CPA at PwC. He has been CFO at several technology and service businesses ranging from startups to companies with revenue of 4 billion.
Hank has extensive experience both domestically and internationally with private equity backed companies. He received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Hank is a big Pittsburgh Penguins fan. He and his wife live in Chapel Hill, NC. They have three children.
