November 3, 2015

The myTeller modular system adapts to ever-changing retail banking market<

Ivrea, Italy – November 3rd, 2015 – ARCA, a global leader in the development of cash automation technology for banks, retail locations and self-service kiosks, today announced that it will demonstrate its myTeller assisted self-service solution during the RBR Conference in London, November 9-10, 2015. The myTeller will be kindly hosted at booth 5, where Auriga, one of the leading European suppliers of innovative omnichannel solutions to banks, will showcase its new product: WWS Branch.

ARCA recently unveiled its Branch Evolution Strategy, bringing a breath of fresh air to the struggle that banks have experienced over the past few years when predicting the future of retail banking. This unique step-by-step approach follows the evolution of the branch by adjusting technology to changing strategies. In broader terms, hardware and software merge to create a powerful union, which is adaptable to the existing bank branch system and evolves along with the bank. It focuses on preserving investments while maximizing revenue.

Bank executives will gather in London for the Branch Transformation conference 2015, aiming to define their branch network structure. ARCA’s team will be on hand to resolve any singular issues and determine solutions for developing modern and flexible bank branch environments.

“The evolution of retail banking has created many branch patterns,” said Kirk Nelson, ARCA’s Executive Vice President. “As branches evolve, these patterns will become much more complex by needing to integrate people, processes, and technology. We are happy to be certified in the Auriga solution and will be demonstrating at the RBR show how ARCA’s technology can be utilized in a step-by-step approach to evolve with the branch.”

As a fundamental piece of ARCA’s Branch Evolution Strategy, the myTeller system will be available for live demonstrations. The terminal is indeed certified with Auriga’s WWS software, a modern omnichannel banking suite with a proven ability to help banks to improve their efficiency and facilitate the rapid deployment of new distribution channels and services while lowering costs and building long term competitive advantage.

The myTeller modular system combines the speed and resilience of a self-service terminal with the practicality and accuracy of a teller line unit. It’s adaptable design allowing banks to tailor the technology to fit their individual needs.
