To remove the cassette from the dispenser, you must push the green button on the front of the cassette to release it. Grasping the front of the cassette, pull it out until the green handle on the top of the cassette is visible. Using this handle, remove the cassette completely from the dispenser and place it on a flat, stable surface.

Push the green button on the rear of the cassette to release the lid. Open the cassette lid and lift the green plate at the front of the cassette as indicated. Pull the cassette pressure plate at the rear of the cassette all the up, and flip it into a vertical position. Be careful that you do not twist the pressure plate. Twisting may break this pressure plate, and the springs that support it.

Now, grasp a stack of 50 to 100 hundred notes, and ensure that they are perfectly aligned so that no edges are protruding from the stack on any side. Place the stack into the cassette with the notes entering the rear of the cassette first. Place another stack of 50 to 100 hundred notes in the cassette in the same manner. Continue placing these stacks until the cassette is full with its 500 hundred note capacity.

Now gently flip the rear plate back into position, being careful not to stress the springs. Close the front pressure plate so that it’s pressure on the notes, and close the lid to the cassette. Replace the cassette inside the dispenser.
